Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the Menos mobile application ("the App") or the website menosapp.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Menos.

Menos is operated by Menos ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

Menos is a fitness application that helps users track their strength training workouts, progressive overload, and personal records. The App provides AI-powered coaching insights and fitness plan generation to support your training.

Menos is designed for informational and fitness tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program or making changes to your fitness routine.

Account Registration

To use Menos, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Subscription Terms

Menos offers a subscription-based service ("Menos Pro") with the following terms:

• Pricing: $10.00 USD per month, or $99.00 USD per year
• Free trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period
• Billing: After the free trial, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Menos Pro features until then
• Refunds: No refunds are provided for partially consumed subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period

On iOS, subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms and refund policies. On Android, subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Menos for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Menos app, website, logo, design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Menos. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written permission.

You retain ownership of the workout data you enter into Menos. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Content

Menos uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching insights, session analyses, and fitness plans. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional fitness or medical advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations. You are responsible for evaluating whether any AI-generated suggestion is appropriate for your fitness level, health conditions, and goals.

Disclaimers

Menos is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Menos is a fitness tracking application, not a medical device. We do not provide medical advice, and our AI coaching features are not a substitute for professional guidance from a certified personal trainer, physician, or other qualified health professional.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use Menos at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menos and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Menos shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Menos at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Profile screen within the App or by contacting us at boston@menosapp.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Menos shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Menos after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or by email.
